The site hides full figures when your user record lacks entitled access. Causes include expired subscription, past_due payment, ended trial, or missing manual grant.
Check Account -> Subscription & billing for Stripe status. Resolve payment or ask an administrator to restore manual access.
Admins should verify the user's role is subscriber, email is verified, and organisation subscription is healthy.
