Image approval & payment

Transfer of rights
Upon approval of an image and issuance of payment, you irrevocably assign to Caravan Guide all rights, title, and interest in and to the image, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, on a worldwide and perpetual basis.
This means Caravan Guide becomes the legal owner of the image and may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the image for any purpose without further compensation.
You waive any moral rights in the content to the extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including data, valuations, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Caravan Guide.
