What to do if a model is missing
Confirm quarter and filters, then open a support ticket with screenshots or open a ticket from search context when available.
Steps:
1) Confirm which quarter is live (administrators publish quarters from the admin guide tools).
2) Relax filters - start from manufacturer only, then add year, length, and layout.
3) Check spelling and UK vs import naming for the model line.
If the specification should exist, your administrator may need to import or correct data. Subscribers can open Support -> New ticket from the account area and describe the exact make, model, year, and dimensions. Attaching context from a search (when the UI offers it) helps staff reproduce the issue.
Guests should use the contact or support details in the footer or company settings.
