Help centre · Why a value looks wrong

Why two similar caravans can show different values

Year, dimensions, layout code, berth count, manufacturer line, and quarter must match before two rows are "the same".

The guide is strict about specification. Two vans that look alike in a photo can still be different rows if any coded attribute differs.

Check in this order:
1) Published quarter - compare like for like.
2) Model year and manufacturer line (ranges split by floor plan or width).
3) Body length, width, and layout or berth count.
4) Any internal layout code shown on the row.

A single bedroom or two-foot length change can route the model through a different multiplier set. If filters do not match exactly, different values are legitimate.

If you believe the data itself is wrong (right spec, wrong RRP), raise it with your administrator or open a support ticket with screenshots and the exact filters used.
