Privacy in plain language

Accounts, tickets, and search logs exist to run the service - not for resale.

Your account stores profile and billing linkage. Support tickets retain messages for service history. Help search may log queries to improve articles.

Use corporate email addresses where policy requires. Administrators can export or delete users subject to your organisation's DPA with the operator.

For statutory privacy rights, contact the data controller named on the public site or in your contract.
